Hopi Tower

The Hopi Tower is located at the Desert View Lookout point in Grand Canyon National Park. The tower was built in the style of towers constructed by the Anasazi native people, but on a much grander scale.

Opened in 1933, the tower has provided countless people with amazing views of the canyon over the years. The rough stones and rustic style make the tower blend in with the area beautifully.

On the day this image was captured, a raven was continuously flying around the tower providing an interesting element to this image of the well known lookout.
