To order a print you may either contact us via our toll free telephone number (U.S. and Canada) or via e-mail by clicking the Contact Us link. We accept Master Card, Visa and AmEx for payment. We really like to talk to our customers so we have not created a shopping cart system to order everything online.  Call us or drop us an e-mail asking us to call you back.  We can discuss your order and will take your charge card info once we have answered all your questions.

Delivery of your Ordered Prints

All images are custom printed when you order them. Decorator prints are much quicker to print as they are handled in a lab local to our gallery. Fine Art Prints are printed by a large custom lab in either Calgary Alberta or Vancouver B.C..  A Fine Art Print when ordered will be queued for printing on the days that the selected lab runs Super Gloss prints. The print must then be shipped to us, where its signature and series number are applied and its certificate of authenticity is added to the package.  We then ship the print to you.  It may take 2-3 weeks for the print to reach you, but the wait will be worth it. If there are any delays, we will make sure to communicate them to you immediately.  You will receive an email to confirm your order, and another to let you know when we ship.  Any other questions you have will be answered either by email or a phone-call, whichever you prefer.

We ship our prints using Canada Post Express Mail. Your print will be rolled with a tissue interleave and then placed into a plastic bag for protection. We then place the print into a section of 4” diameter PVC pipe for shipping. We have discovered that shipping in this thick walled pipe rather than a cardboard tube will get your print to you safely despite anything the post office can do to it (unless of course they run it over with a truck). We have never had a damaged print yet!!! Smaller decorator prints are shipped flat between several pieces of rigid cardboard.

Pricing

All our images are available as both Fine Art Limited Editions and Decorator Prints. These are true photographic prints exposed by Lightjet type enlargers using lasers or LED's to expose the paper.  The paper is then processed in traditional wet darkroom chemistry.

Our Decorator Prints are open edition photographs printed on Fuji Crystal Archive glossy paper. Available in sizes from 5X7 up to 11X14, they are an excellent value for smaller decorative prints. The Crystal Archive paper will not fade or discolor for up to  60 years when displayed under proper conditions.  Available as matted or unmatted prints.

Our Limited Edition Prints are available in sizes from 16X20 up to 24X36 (not all images available in all sizes). The editions are limited to 150 prints in each available size with no more than 10 Artists Proofs. Each print is signed and numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Limited Editions are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive SuperGloss (Fuji Flex).

The Flexprint material has a polyester based substrate which provides incredible color depth. The colors are so vibrant that they appear to pop off the pages like a 3 dimensional picture when viewed under correct lighting. You will not believe the beauty of a Flexprint until you see one. The Flexprint material represents the finest print material in the world. The print will resist fading for nearly a century when displayed under UV protective glass.
